Good questions, straight answers.
Why "starting at" instead of a flat price?
Every business is different — page count, content, integrations, and features all change the scope. The starting prices reflect a typical project. You'll get a fixed, written quote before any work begins, and that's the price you pay.
How do payments work?
Most projects are 50% to start and 50% at launch. Larger projects can be split into milestones. Care plans and ongoing services are billed monthly.
How long does a website take?
Starter sites typically launch in 2–3 weeks, Business Websites in 4–6 weeks, and eCommerce stores in 6–8 weeks. The biggest factor is usually how quickly content and feedback come back to us.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once the project is paid, the site, the design, and the content are yours. No lock-in, no licensing games.
Is hosting included?
Hosting is separate so you're never tied to us. We'll set you up with a reliable provider, and the account is in your name and billed to you directly.
Do I need a care plan?
It's optional, but strongly recommended for WordPress sites. Unmaintained plugins are the number-one way sites get hacked. Hand-coded Starter Sites need far less upkeep — hourly support is usually all they need.
